Renowned Clarinet artist Sangeet Kalanidhi (Dr) Pandit Narasimhalu Vadavati and fellow musicians presented a Carnatic and Hindustani Instrumental offering this morning at the Sanctum Sanctorum in Prasanthi Nilayam. Blessed to perform in Bhagawan’s Presence on two earlier occasions, ‘Vedavati’ as Bhagawan would fondly call him, Pt. Narasimhalu played for a full 40-minute, presenting a series of instrumental melodies. Kumar Venkateshraya Vadavati on clarinet, Mr. Sainath on mridangam, Mr. Dattatreya on tabala ably accompanied the artist this morning, making it a unique musical treat on the glorious ‘Birthday Eve’.
Bhajans continued and the session concluded with Mangala Arathi to Bhagawan.
