Bhagawan would often remind us that the purpose of Seva is to realise the Truth that Divinity is to be found in one's own self by serving the Divine in others. In His immense love, He initiated devotees into the 'Ceiling on Desires' program to aid in this supreme journey. As we approach the centenary celebrations, SSSSO-India reaffirmed its commitment to this program, taking a vow to practice this command as an offering to Swami. After the launch of a brochure on ‘Ceiling on Desires' by Sri K Chakravarthi (Chairman, SSSGC), Sri RJ Rathnakar (Managing Trustee, SSSCT), Dr V Mohan (Trustee, SSSCT) and Sri Nimish Pandya (AIP, SSSSO-India), Sri Pandya addressed the gathering on the topic. This was followed by a heartfelt gesture of gratitude where those who have served Bhagawan over the years by holding senior positions in the SSSSO-India (State Presidents, State Convenors and so on) were remembered and felicitated for their inspiring service. Those present with us came forward and offered a flower at Bhagawan's Sannidhi, while the others were represented by their family members. Please find glimpses of the event below.
